Vidic out for Holland Match

March 4th, 2006 | By: WC Bob | 1 Comment »

Serbia and Montenegro have learned that they will be without defender Nemanja Vidic for their World Cup opener against Holland. Vidic, part of the Famous Four backline, will have to sit out the match after receiving a red card in his team’s final qualifier against Bosnia-Hercegovina. Vidic is one guy you would want to see playing against the Dutch frontline, but now another player will have to step forward and try to become Famous. Jadran Sport speculates who that replacement player might be.
