The Krstajic Interview

One of Serbia and Montenegro’s Famous Four, Mladen Krstajic is a bright and talented defender. He spoke with Jadran Sport recently about his team’s chances. Among the more interesting and frank comments:

The fact stands, we are without any doubt in the strongest group of this World Cup. Anyone who knows even a little bit about football, sees Argentina and Netherlands as group favorites while we (Serbs) are certainly better than Ivory Coast. in Germany.

While admitting his team is not the group favorite, Krstajic also said that it could be the “sensation” of the tournament.
