i think the weakness of this squad is without any doubt their defence including goalkeepers. they have 2 arsenal defender there, but ive never heard from the other ones. in which league does the french side “Creteil play” for example? They are 8th ranked in the second french league. Another defender plays for Messina, now a second league italian club. their no.1 goalie plays for the strongest tunisian side, esperance tunis, but they dont even play in the Asian Champions League.
Many french based players, and among them 6-8 high quality. but the bench and some of the first elevn players are mediocre, not to say below european avarage (which is at leadt an UEFA Cup team for me). We can beat them !

hey, glupane, how many serbs play in a popular league, it’s sad if you don’t know it but most of Srbia & Crnimajmuni’s players play in countries like bulgaria, SCG, and the turkish “superleague”, some of the worst leagues in the balkans, nevermind europe. When was the last time a serbian team got past the group stage in the uefa cup even? thats right, quite a while, so look at yourself before you bash a team like Ivory Coast, who obviously doesn’t have big names on their side, but they sure do have heart, which is something you apparently can’t find on the east side of the Drava.

“hey, glupane”….
trying to see weaknesses
of opposition is a normal practise in sport, whether you like it or not. we all know what is your problem and it is nothing to do with football.

I guess we showed no heart in qualifying. I love it when Croats pretend to be Western European and feel obligated to bash other Eastern countries.

Mr elephant,
I dont mind if you analyse the weaknesses of the serbia & montenegro squad in your elephant blog. Nevertheless I see some heavy weaknesses in your team. Maybe some things you guys should think about. Same goes for Holland. their defence doesnt look sound to me either.
anyway, concerning yout insults … no comment
Cheers

Hey Les Elephants D`Afrique,
Go without fear of whosoever may come after winning your group because La Cote D`Ivoire is in war with herself, and Unity is invisible at this time, you will win the world Cup by God`s help. And after it it seeing, the people who are now against themselves at home will come together to celebrate the gloriuos victory the country. So ignore every comment and be a united team.

lol this is really ridicoulous … Ever heard of “Team analysis” ?
Nobody was insulted by my comment. i think the Elephants have some weaknesses in the defence and Im by no means the only person who has observed that. I wish them all the best to beat Argentina and holland and I would even be happy about it, but when it comes to my team, Serbia & Montenegro, I want them to lose. Now…isnt that normal?
Cheers
