Leave Your Lederhosen At Home Argentina
If Argentina can’t beat Croatia, who is a lot worse than Serbia and Montenegro (yeah, you heard me Croatia), it simply isn’t going to beat Serbia and Montenegro in June. Argentina can have all the metrosexual/Beckhamite superstars (Argentine adonises) on its team that it wants, but it won’t be able to score jack against the herculean “Famous Four”.
Leave your lederhosen at home Argentina because you won’t be in Germany long enough to need them.

Fab Four or Fantastic Four, one can read the book, “How soccer explains the world” and a Serbian is involved in coaching in Ukraine; he was weened on coaching some in England and was very much a Mod type interested in the English invasion types of music of his era; this seems to fit very much the famous Serb Bora, coach of at least 4 World Cup contenders; USA, Mexico, Costa Rica and China.

How can you say that SCG is better than CRO??….Look at the SCG track record. DISMAL!!
Ever since the Croats have left the former Yugoslavia and formed their own team, SCG is lost.

Soze,
Whatever! We all know who’s the best is right now… Serbia and Montenegro.
Does your team have a Kezman? Does it have a “Famous Four”? No and no.
We’re better… and that’s not my problem.
Hehe.

I’m now 10 seconds dumber than I was before I read this blog.

Kezman….3 teams in 3 years…there’s a sign of a true champion. And those so called ‘famous four’…what is that a boy band?, Perhaps a group of lads trying to become super heroes..oh, no, thats the ‘Fantastic Four’..my bad.
Anyway, CRO doesent need to have a ‘famous four’ we’ve got the ‘excellent eleven’ ..huh? huh? hows that for a catch phrase?

don’t have no kezman, which means the croats will croke.
haha… “excellent eleven”, I think brazil might be the only country that can claim that.
go blues!!!

lyle,
you need to learn to respect opponents (which is not the same as liking them, mind you). i am certain you’d be less than delighted if someone trashed your team purely for reasons of spite, as you do here. big mouthing and blowing one’s own trumpet is one thing, but proving the claims a totally different story.
i actually see the serbs progress together with the ivory coast, but it will be a hard mission regardless. they have a very good defense that will have to show if it can hang with the big boys in germany, though.
as to comparing the serbian-montenegrin team with the croats … it’s always good to look up to those that are better — i’m sure the serbian players will learn something from their neighbors and improve further.
good luck.

tomislav,
this is just some good natured smack talk. it’s an american thing i guess.
i don’t actually disrespect anybody. croatia is a good side and should do well come June.
that being said… down with Argentina, Croatia, the Netherlands, the Ivory Coast, and Germany!!!
bahahaha… Serbia and Montenegro über alles!!!

Lol Lyle, I agree with everything you said except SCG uber alles….since I don’t understand it.
And you forgot to say down with Italy, Angola, Mexico AND Mexicans and Wayne Rooney.

yes, down with everbody but serbia and montenegro and the united states.
may wayne rooney never score!
serbia and montenegro über alles!
über alles is german for “over everyone or above all/everyone”
the german national anthem, before wwii, talked about “deutschland über alles”, in fact i think that was the title of the anthem. it is just a way of saying your better than everybody, which serbia and montenegro are.

‘uber alles’ …there you go again with those homosexual undertones. Seriousely man, this is a soccer blog…not a gay personals ad.

well… a lot of nazis were gay after all.

I also think that SCG this year is slightly better than Cro. But I dont mind if Cro goes through to the finals … if they meet SCG there

Yeah… an all Slavic/Balkans/Yugoslavian final would be wonderous. It could happen I guess.
